A Journey of Expertise: From Classroom to Community
Jackie brings over 15 years of teaching experience to Jackie’s Classroom. She currently serves as a dedicated Math Specialist in the Salt Lake City School District, a role she’s held since 2019, and spent 11 years before that inspiring students in the Ogden School District. As Vice President of the Utah Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Jackie advocates for the very best in math education across Utah.
Throughout her journey, Jackie has witnessed firsthand how personalized, one-on-one attention can make a profound difference in a student’s confidence and progress. This experience shapes everything we do at Jackie’s Classroom—where individualized instruction meets a supportive community, setting each student up for success.

In 2020, driven by her passion to make a real difference in students’ lives, Jackie launched Jackie’s Classroom as a one-woman tutoring service. Back then, it was just Jackie, working tirelessly to help students unlock their potential. Today, Jackie’s Classroom has flourished into a statewide community of dedicated, licensed educators, each sharing Jackie’s commitment to nurturing every student to brilliance. Even as we’ve grown, Jackie’s original spark and vision remain at the heart of everything we do—ensuring that every student receives the individualized attention they deserve.
